The 2010 Circle of Excellence winners will be announced during Shop.org in Dallas, Texas. This annual recognition is earned by retailers who go above and beyond the norm to provide exceptional services to their customers. In fact, it is customer feedback from the Bizrate Insights survey that determines which retailers will be recognized each year. Retailers that earn the Circle of Excellence medal have received average scores that are statistically significantly greater than the Bizrate North American Network average in the following areas:
- Overall Satisfaction (Point-of-Sale)
- Product Selection
- Ease of Finding
- Repurchase Intent (Post-Purchase)
- Product Met Expectations
- On-Time Delivery
- Customer Support
In addition to the Circle of Excellence Medal, retailers can also earn “Platinum” status by scoring a 9.0 or above in all 7 of these metrics.
To find out if you are a recipient, or to learn more, stop by the Bizrate/Shopzilla booth on September 28, 2010.
